Qualifying Diamond was something we never dared dream about when we first started our AMWAY business. Earning an extra RM 300.00 per month and making new friends were what attracted us initially.

As new AMWAY Business Owners (ABOs) with no experience in selling, we were sceptical and were not confident of being successful in the business. We were hesitant to approach people to sell AMWAY products or to sponsor them as ABOs.

Despite all this, we managed to achieve 3% in the first month. When we realised that people were indeed buying our products and joining the business, we became more confident and our business grew.

We qualified Platinum in 1987, Pearl in 1990, Emerald in 1991 and Diamond in 1994.

Along the way, we faced many challenges. There are always challenges in life and we can either face them or run from them. The saying, “Challenges make a person stronger and success sweeter”, is very true.

Success in AMWAY is not what you have now, but what you want to achieve and your willingness to work towards you goals.

In reaching our level of success today, our business principles have been and still are:

• Adhere to decisions; and,
• Be happy and enjoy the business.
