We signed up with AMWAY™ in early 1981. I was then a reporter while Say Hong was a factory operator. Even after we had qualified Platinum, we were still treating our AMWAY business as an avenue for extra income.

The turning point came in 1989 when we qualified for the AMWAY Leadership Seminar and saw the potential of the business. We discovered that if we were willing to sacrifice and work hard, there was a very good chance for a bright future ahead of us. With this thought, we decided to go all out to develop our business.

In December 1990, we broke through and qualified Ruby. We then qualified as Pearl Distributors in August 1991; Emerald in August 1992; and Diamond in August 1994.

Through these 13 years, we have seen ourselves change. We have become motivated, determined and positive. There were times when things did not work out. We made mistakes, went through hardship, but always managed to pick ourselves up again.

We were learning all the time. One of the good things about being a part of AMWAY is the support and encouragement you get from your uplines, downlines and sidelines during difficult times. There are always people around to help.

We owe our success to our uplines and the cooperation of all the AMWAY Business Owners. If we all work hard and cooperate with one another, we can make all our dreams come true!
