A Commitment To Success

Our Amway journey started in late 1989 when my late wife, Dr Rohana, signed up as an ABO to buy Nutrilite supplements from an old friend, Puan Roziah. Nutrilite’s certified organic and natural supplements impressed her so much that she decided to start her Amway business after resigning from her job as a lecturer. It took me another 2 years before I decided to join her, I was mainly motivated by the beautiful international travel opportunities.

While building the business, we committed ourselves to participating in business meetings and seminars for many years without fail. We used to travel for weekend seminars regularly in Kedah. We flew from Penang to Sungai Petani on Friday evenings to join the meetings. I had to fly back to Kuala Lumpur early Saturday mornings to run my clinic in Subang Jaya Medical Centre, before flying to Penang the same evening to join the seminar until Sunday evening, after which we flew back to Kuala Lumpur.

We were so blessed by the inspiration, support and help from so many successful leaders. As successful professionals, we also inspired many Malaysians to join Amway. This was a beautiful experience for the both of us. We truly enjoyed helping others to build this business.

We worked hard and consistently to achieve our Diamond pin in early 2004. The highlight was when Dr Rohana and I had the privilege to speak to an audience of more than 5000 at the Kuala Lumpur World Trade Centre. That was Dr Rohana’s dream. Sadly, she passed away in January 2005.

I have a new family now. Iliza (my wife) and I are glad to be able to continue helping people to build their own business and achieving optimum health through Amway. My family is also able to enjoy passive income thanks to Amway.
