Where do you want to go? To be successful in your AMWAY business, you should have the following:
Knowledge: You can get this by attending meetings, seminars, workshop and product fairs.
Know-how: This involves skills, e.g. in making powerful presentations and delivering speeches.
Action: This is the ability to act with inspiration and innovation, whether it is in selling or sponsoring.
How can I get there? Good management and strong leadership are needed. Management involves managing paperwork, preparing timely budgets and implementing policies and guidelines.
Leadership is the ability to lead and motivate your group with compassion and empathy.
Review and correct. Never let success get to your head. As an ABO and a leader, you must never rest on your laurels. When you achieve a goal, set another and keep aiming higher. The challenge is to keep the vision alive and to be sensitive to the constantly changing market forces.
