Siew Lan had always dreamt of a successful career, owning a house, living a carefree life, and travelling the world. Despite the frenzied pace of being a full-time teacher and part-time salesperson, she was far from realising her dreams.

When she signed up, it seemed at that time to be nothing more than a spontaneous, insignificant decision. Little did she know it would change her life, help bring her dreams to fruition.

Despite being shy and the lack of encouragement at first, she refused to give up. She made it a point to get to know strangers and diligently practiced the 3S. She focused on helping her downlines fulfil their dreams, knowing that their success would further enrich her life.

It was not a bed of roses in the beginning. “I had my fair share of ups and downs, joy and sorrow. But I was determined to overcome all challenges. I believed that every problem can be solved and every challenge can be overcome,” says Siew Lan.

“After the initial struggle, I began to taste the fruits of success. The financial security gave me the peace of mind to slow down and spend time giving back to society. Despite this, my business continued growing and expanded to the international market.”

The value of one’s life is measured by the effort one puts in to surpass oneself, not others. “Discover your strength, accept yourself, change for the better, respect and see the good in others. As the saying goes, do unto others as you would others to do unto you.”
