I worked in the finance department in an oil & gas company in Kemaman before I was retrenched in 1998 due to the economic crisis and was unemployed for eight months. In May 2014, I resigned from my job at another oil & gas company due to stress and because I had no time to spend with my family.

In August that year, I met my sponsors and discovered Amway when I bought the Noxxa BreadMaker Over Toaster. I fell in love with Amway when I realised that I could use this opportunity to help others change their lives apart from generating an income for myself.

I faced numerous obstacles while building my Amway business due to a lack of support from my family and negative comments from others. I couldn’t drive and most of the time I had to rely on public transport to travel to the centre in Seri Kembangan to learn about the business.

I had to single-handedly run this business; even though I had my husband’s permission, he didn’t fully support it. My husband was an operation officer at a company that is related to the oil & gas industry. He quit in 2019 due to work stress and after he realised that the income from the Amway business could support our family.

We finally achieved success after more than five years building our Amway business. Today, we spend all our time with our children and grandchild. All the sacrifices were worth it. We had the opportunity to go for holidays together. Thanks to God, two of our children are ABOs and one of them has achieved Platinum and is doing Amway fulltime.

We want more people to realise that we can help others change their lives, not only financially but also by instilling the values that we learn while building an Amway business. Believe in what God has given to you and trust your mentor because they are the ones who can help us so that we can help ourselves, our family and others.

Our goals and dreams for the future is to educate more people about Amway so that they can become wise consumers and succeed in this world and the hereafter. We also want to motivate the leaders under our team to achieve their dreams together and produce even more leaders.
