I only started building the business seriously in 2010, although I signed up 2 years before. I was a paediatric dentist at the Kuala Pilah Hospital in Negeri Sembilan then, while my husband was a lecturer. We were comfortable financially, so when Executive Diamond Siti Ena Eden first showed us the Amway Business Opportunity, I wasn’t keen.

However, after attending various seminars and reading several books, I saw its potential. I was ready to shift my mindset from a 9-to-5 worker to a business builder. I also realised that if we remained as salaried employees, we could only earn an active income.

Like others, we faced many rejections on our journey, but we held on to the Amway values and believed in the potential of this amazing business. We were determined to improve our lives and give the best to our 4 children. Thanks to Amway, I get to spend quality time with them.

Our children see us as their role models, which is the dream of every parent. When they saw the effort that we put in to build this business for their future, our children worked hard to excel in their studies. They made us proud when they received their academic excellence award at the Amway award ceremony.

In 2011, we achieved Platinum and Founders Platinum in 2012. We achieved Sapphire, Founders Sapphire and Emerald in 2015 and Founders Emerald in 2016. I quit my job in July 2017, the same month we achieved Diamond. I am grateful for this wonderful opportunity.

We have been attending the Amway Leadership Seminar (ALS) yearly without fail since 2012; ALS Sydney 2012, ALS Hokkaido 2013, ALS Auckland 2014, ALS Las Vegas 2015, ALS Mediterranean Cruise 2016 and ALS Hawaii 2017. We were also invited to the Diamond Invitational 2017 South America.
